Muggarose’s “Ghost of the Unresolved Past”

Workshop will be held in a lovely garden setting in the shade of Douglas Firs and tended perenials ,

A 3-hour immersive “Memoir for Healing “ writing and altar-crafting workshop rooted in ancestor shadow work, lived-memory, and ritual creativity. Through guided prompts, storytelling, and intuitive altar-making, participants will explore inherited patterns, unfinished histories, and the voices that linger beneath the surface.

This workshop invites reflection, release, and reconnection with the unseen threads between self, lineage, life experiences in joy /challenge and spirit.

No prior writing or spiritual praxis experience necessary.
