Step into a sacred space of remembrance and creation with the Poppets as Healing Tools Workshop — a hands-on experience designed to honor, release, and transform grief through art and ritual.

Since 2012 I have lead these intimate workshops that have guided participants in crafting personal poppets —   rooted in ancient folk and ancestral traditions. Historically, poppets were used as spiritual vessels of intention, healing, and connection. In this workshop, they become personal tools for honoring loved ones who have passed and nurturing a connection between our worlds.

Together, we’ll begin with a reflective conversation on the lineage of these healing tools across cultures and time. Then, you’ll be guided through creating your own poppet — crafting a petition, blending a custom herbal mix to activate your piece, and adorning it with textiles and symbols that hold personal meaning. All materials are provided, but we encourage Bringing any Trinkets, fabrics etc of your own to include
